Orders are always made via the Internet.

If the customer is under 18 years old the customer must obtain parental permission before the purchase is carried out.

Orders made in another person's name without his or her consent, or which in some other way results in that we are suffering financial or other damage, will be reported to the police.

Delivery time
The goods that we have in stock will be sent out to you within 24 hrs after the payment has reached us.
The post office delivery times vary but it usually takes about 2-7 working days to deliver a package within Sweden.
Shipment outside of Sweden takes around 5-15 days. Please contact us for more detailed delivery times.
You will receive an email from us when we have posted your package and then you can add the delivery time to the post office.
We reserve us from any false data that are the basis for these delivery indicators.
We reserve us the right to, without prior notice, change the content of an order to an equal/better product without it affecting the price the customer has had confirmed, alternatively remove a non-deliverable product from the order and then of course with a price deduction for the same product.

 

If the customer then wishes to order another product, or the before mentioned, then this is to be regarded as a new order.

If the customer thinks that the delivery is delayed in such a way that he or she no longer wishes delivery of the order, it is then the responsibility of the buyer to cancel the before mentioned order in accordance with these Terms & Conditions before the effectuation of that order can occur.

Partial delivery of order occurs only at the customer’s request and imposes additional shipping cost for the customer.

Delivery
All deliveries are made by the Swedish post office and charged according to the freight forwarder's current price list.

It is at the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address given to us when ordering is correct, and that the buyer, after we executed the order to follow up the delivery at the freight forwarder, and ensure that the delivery is collected/received on the collection site within a reasonable time from the dispatch, usually nine (9) days from the dispatch.

If the customer has stated the wrong or incomplete address that leads to the order coming back to Dreadstuff, it is incumbent to the customer to pay for the extra shipping costs that will be added for us to be able to send the order again.

Change of order
The customer is of course up to the point the order has been packed and shipped entitled to, at no cost to he or she other than the price difference of product, change their order, however with a reservation for by customer ordered item which is not kept in stock.

When changing a product in an order, the valid price is the one that is current at the time of the change

Note that order already shipped out from our system can for obvious reasons not be changed.

Cancellation
Cancellation of orders is possible without cost for the customer up until the time the order has been effectuated.
Effectuation happens usually when invoice and freight documents are created.
Cancellation after the order is effectuated is not possible.
You as a customer are in the cases we effectuated your order obligated in all cases to receive the shipment.
Cancellation of a non-stock item that was purchased specifically for the customer is not possible after we ordered the same product from our supplier.
A cancellation is not valid until confirmation thereof is received from us.

Right of withdrawal

You as a private person have a right to send your goods back in return to Dreadstuff within 14 days. The goods need to be unopened and unused and need to be sent back well packaged.

To make a return you need to contact us and we will give you directions on how to proceed.
Dreadstuff will not pay for the shipping and package material or other costs or extra taxes if you are situated in a non-EU country.
As a private person you have as the " distance contract law" (in Swedish konsumentköplagen) to regret a purchase within 14 calendar days but the most 7 workdays from revising your goods.
To request regret a purchase according to the distains contract law, you need to contact Dreadstuff to see if you fulfil the conditions that require to apply a withdrawal.
In that case, we will give you the data to send back your goods to us. Return of goods that returns with reference to the distance contract law will be made on the clients' expenses.
The distance contract law will not give a client the right to demand a refund of cost for transport or other performed service.
The goods need to be sent back well package as our requirements. If goods you have ordered can be used, example incompatibilities or in withdrawal is forfeit, then some withdrawal will be ok from us some repurchase.
If this is the case the customer will pay for all costs that will occur.
In some cases, 20% of the value is cover to Handel the return.

How to make a payment at Dreadstuff:

- Klarna- either pay by card or pay little each month.
- Swish- pick the Swish alternative and wait for a confirmation mail with our Swish number. These e-mails are sent out MANUALLY so it might take up to an hour to get them. Don't worry, we have not forgotten about you!
